When I Say The Names Of Our 5 Lobes Of Our Brains
Mentally Search And Visualize
The Locations In Your Brain Of These Areas Of Your Lobes.

I Will Be Using
This Plasma Brain Lamp,
As A Prop To Demonstrate How We Will Exercise
Our Neuron Cells.

These Are The Locations Our Brain Lobes
That We Will Be Exercising.
In The Name Of Jesus
The Frontal Lobes, The Parietal Lobes, The Temporal Lobes,
The Occipital Lobes, And The Cerebellums.

When You Have Your Eyes Closed,

It’s This Mental Searching For The Internal Direction And Locations
Of Our Lobes, As I Call Them Out, Is What Illuminates Them.

Visualize Your Brain As Your Plasma Lamp!
Just Visualize One Of Your Lobes,
And Like A Plasma Lamp That Area Will Be Lit.

Take For Granted,

Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus
Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness,

We Live In Jesus’s Divine Current
And His Current Is In Us.
Our Physical Bodies Are Energy Fields.

Jesus In His Mission Was The Perfect Example Of A Divine Energy Field.

We Are Going To Direct Our Energy Inward,
Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapsis Memory,
By Repeated Devotional Breathing.

Our Jesus Diaphragm Breathing Prayer
Is A Way Pacing Our Inhaling And Exhaling.

Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle
Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens.

This Diaphragm Breathing
The Lowering Of Our Diaphragms,
Expanding Our Upper Stomachs,
Increases The Oxygen Levels In Our Blood
By Maximizing The Amount Of Air Entering The Lungs.

Prayerfully, Exercising Of Our Diaphragms
Stimulates Our Vagus Nerve That Travels Through Our Diaphragms
By Gently Massaging Our Vagus Nerve
With Rising And Lowering Of Our Diaphragms
This Will Reduce Any Stress by Lowering Our Heart Rates, Blood Pressure,
And Cortisol Levels.

When We Say The Word, Christ,
We Will Savor Our Exhales
