She stopped her prenatal and the fog lifted in 48 hours.

Then she had cereal and store-bought bread. By evening it was back.

Two meals. 400mcg of folic acid. That was all it took.

Folic acid doesn't store in your tissues. Stop it and it clears. Reintroduce it and the symptoms follow.

Pollen isn't the problem. It's the last straw.

Your body handles histamine from stress, poor sleep, fermented foods, and leftovers all day long.

By the time pollen hits, your system is already almost full.

That's why spring doesn't just trigger symptoms. It overflows them.

05/29/2026

Claritin and Zyrtec don't slow down histamine production at all.

They just shield you from the feeling. Temporarily.

The second that wears off, you're back to square one.

And the longer you rely on them, the more you risk brain fog and memory issues.

Tell me in the comments if this sounds like you and I'll send you what actually addresses the root of it.

Stevia interferes with kidney signaling in a way most people never connect to their symptoms.

Constant urination. Hydration that never sticks.

Monk fruit sweetens differently. No sodium-wasting effect, same sweetness, different pathway.

We reformulated, and the results were clear.

Not everyone reacts to stevia the same way, and there's a real mechanism behind it.

Stevia suppresses the enzyme that converts active cortisol into inactive cortisol in your kidneys. Less protection means cortisol gets to your sodium controls more easily.

The result: increased sodium loss and more frequent urination. Genetics determines how much of a problem that actually becomes.

Stevia isn't just flushing through your body harmlessly.

Research shows it actually affects the kidney tubules, the cells that decide what your body keeps and what it throws away.

The result: more sodium lost, more water lost, less hydration retained.

Comment STEVIA, and I'll send you the full breakdown on what it's doing to your body.

My lab flagged 19 markers out of 161.

The one that mattered wasn't one of them.

It was sitting "in range" in clean black ink. Nine points from a threshold linked to 2.5x all-cause mortality, tripled cardiovascular risk, and quadrupled cancer mortality. No flag. No alert. Nothing.

The marker is methylmalonic acid. MMA. It tells you whether your mitochondria are clearing fuel or backing up. When it climbs, co-enzyme A gets trapped, fat stops burning for energy, neurons take damage, and kidneys quietly decline. None of that shows up on standard bloodwork until the damage is already significant.

The B12 you're taking doesn't clear MMA. Cyanocobalamin doesn't. Methylcobalamin doesn't. The mitochondrial enzyme that handles this needs a third form of B12, which almost nobody supplements with. I've been taking methyl B12 for years, and my MMA was still climbing.

I'm 52. My biological age came back at 42. I'm going for 40 in the next 12 months, and I'm documenting every change I'm making.

I just released my latest video, walking through exactly how I read my own labs and reversed my biological age by 10 years. You’ll want to check this out. Comment anything below, and I’ll send you the link.

Most people jump straight to blocking EMFs or detoxing and then wonder why they feel worse.

There's a specific sequence your biology needs. Skip a step and the next one backfires.

It starts with electrolytes, not supplements.

Your cells can't communicate without them.

Comment EMF and I'll send you the full breakdown on the exact sequence your biology needs.

If you've always been sensitive to motion sickness, your H1 receptor is already running hot.
That same receptor is why EMF hits you harder than most people.
It's not random. It's not in your head. It's one system misfiring across multiple triggers.
Fix the root, not the symptom.

05/19/2026

It's not one dramatic symptom. It's a cluster.
Wired but tired. Headaches. Heart palpitations. Anxiety that feels physical.
The inconsistency is exactly what makes people dismiss it.
But inconsistent doesn't mean imaginary.
