Here is the part people tend not to talk about, but we know: Mother’s Day can feel complicated to a lot of people.

Some mothers are carrying fear about money, housing, safety, or simply how to keep going at the pace life demands right now. Some are raising grandchildren unexpectedly. Some are parenting alone. Some deeply love their children and are still exhausted, burned out, or struggling in this season of motherhood.

We want those mothers to know this today:

You do not have to be perfect to be worthy of love and care. Struggling does not make you a bad mother. Survival mode is still survival.

At Rule & Associates, we see the invisible weight many mothers carry every day, and we believe they deserve compassion, support, and dignity exactly where they are. And we are here when you are ready.

This is what it takes to become a therapist. And it also takes additional training to become a child therapist. We’ve developed a two year fellowship program for therapists who are dedicated to training to work with evidence based practice with children, youth, and their families. We have appointments available and we take most insurances.
