I know it’s a busy weekend, but a member of our community, Curtis V., just had an intense hip surgery and is unable to move around much or even drive, so here’s the link for his meal train:

My hip replacement has me laid up at home for a couple of months. Any support is deeply appreciated.

We’ve had a great visit with “Gramma Juju” and a wonderful time celebrating Orin’s birthday. We had his party Saturday at Orin’s favorite place, the pool in Surrey and are at his favorite Indian food restaurant after!

It was a treat to work with Mike Tamburo last Sunday. That was the first time I heard him sing, it was very cool!!! As powerful as sound baths are, I wanted to give people the option of a series to have a more profound effect. I did something like this with my friend Valerie years ago and still think about how powerful it was.
As we enter a new nine year cycle, I invite you to plant seeds of what you most wish to create. Through a bit of movement, journaling, & a 60-70 min sound bath, we will tend these intentions, allowing them to take root and blossom. You can pick and choose the ones you sign up for or sign up for the full series and get one session free! It’s called Nurturing Your Inner Garden and you can find the link in my bio.
Dates: Sat 1/17, Sun 2/8, 3/8, & 4/19, 6:30-8pm.
