Greetings We Are Health family and friends,

It looks like we are headed into a period with lots of unknowns. It’s hard not to notice that streets, restaurants, and businesses are much quieter. Along with the news that we are now in a pandemic, this may feel unnerving. Our best response is to keep ourselves, our families, and our community as healthy and grounded as possible.

Here’s some ideas:
1. Think ahead to some of the adaptations you may need to make. For example, plan for school closures.
2. Do something enjoyable every day. Lowering your anxiety equals supporting your immune system.
3. We can also support our immune systems by eating well and getting good sleep. You may not want to do all of our anti-viral protocol, but I’d encourage you to take at least Vitamin D and Vitamin C.
4. If you’d prefer to remain at home, we can do online counseling and medical consult appointments. I have been doing this for several years with out-of-town patients, and it works very well.
