Gotta give a massive shoutout!

Cindy is one of the strongest lb for lb females I have had the opportunity to train and has come so far the last few years when it comes to strength, endurance, and pushing her body and mind to new limits!

Cindy is very quiet and humble but anyone that has trained with her is like wtf this lady is a beast πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

Cindy is currently 35 weeks pregnant and she has not let this pregnancy slow her down at all! Still training 4-5 days a week, still crushing big weights, still smiling and having fun every day.

So if you are feeling lazy today just know Cindy kicked your ass and did it 35 weeks pregnant.🀷

Go get after it and Mad respect Cindy! ❀️🐺πŸ’ͺπŸ’―
