This little cutie [Dr. Emilia] loved her new doctor set & couldn’t wait to give us “check ups” and check our temperatures. She knows all about “hanitizer”[hand sanitizer] & always has her mask on even before the two of us. She even “gave me” the COVID-19 vaccine!

Haven’t baked in a hot minute [😳], but this 🌧 day here in NY called for some 🍪! Inspired from a recipe [healthy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies] found on website with some simple substitutions [didn’t have all the ingredients available!]. Swapped butter for one whole 🥑 + some almond butter & honey; additional ingredients include rolled oats [pulverized], brown sugar, whole wheat flour, etc! Perfect as a breakfast treat with a cup of 🥛 or ☕️!
