To receive an assist is simply to elevate your practice — to create more space, find a little more depth, or explore something you may not have found on your own.

At Heatwave, we encourage hands-on assists, but we encourage comfort first.

We ask permission. We build trust. We create connection. And then, we flow together.

It’s never about “fixing” your practice. It’s about helping you feel what’s possible beyond your limit

One thing you’ll find in both of their classes? Space to play and try something new-

Ariana + Sam both bring a workshop-style approach into their flows — breaking down new poses, showing you different ways to enter them, and giving you the time to actually try.

Because sometimes you don’t need to “nail” the pose. You just need someone to show you how to get there.
