Hi, I'm Bonnie, I believe I have a call on my life to bridge the gap for Christians to experience yoga. In 2015, I began my training with minimal group yoga experiences. I completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, Holy Yoga's 95-hour supplemental Christ-centered certification (with the intention to bring worship to Christ through the movement and breath of yoga), as well as the Therapeu

tic Touch Program with Holy Yoga Ministries. In 2019 I completed my 300-hour Master Training with an accredited Yoga Alliance School ground in faith principles. I am a registered Master Trainer and Yoga School with the Christian Yoga Association. I am passionate about worshipping God with my whole heart, body, mind, and soul. I LOVE to sing and dance AND I believe in the transformation of ourselves through our worship.

I am feeling so blessed by this wonderful gift 🌺 As I was closing my class yesterday, I asked a few students to pray for me this week. New season, new transitions, new anxieties, and new level of faith. As we were chatting, a student who did not attend the class ran in to deliver these flowers for me as encouragement ☺️🥲🤩 She went out of her way to bless me and I am so inspired!!! Thank you God for loving me through others ❤️ Keep looking to the Lord, He knows how to speak right to your heart.
