Lakewood Counseling is excited to welcome Dr. Kyle Morrow to our practice!

Dr. Morrow is double board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed both his Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Baylor Scott & White.

Dr. Morrow is passionate about partnering with patients and families to foster understanding, healing, and lasting growth. He believes every individual deserves to feel heard, valued, and understood, and his approach to care is thoughtful and comprehensive.

His treatment plans often combine medication management (when appropriate), therapy integration, and lifestyle support to help patients move toward meaningful mental health goals. His focus is not only symptom relief, but also helping individuals build stronger relationships, greater confidence, and a more fulfilling life.

Dr. Morrow works with children, teens, and young adults facing challenges such as:
• ADHD
• Anxiety
• OCD
• Depression
• Bipolar disorder
• Psychosis
• Trauma-related concerns

Seeking help for yourself or your child can feel overwhelming, but compassionate support is available.

Dr. Morrow is currently accepting some insurance plans, and can also provide receipts for patients using out-of-network benefits.

We’re excited to welcome Jordan Headley to Lakewood Counseling! Jordan is an Associate Counselor practicing under the supervision of Jacqueline Brock as she works toward full licensure.

Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from Mississippi State University, and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi.

She was drawn to counseling from a deep desire to help people heal and grow through meaningful relationships. Jordan is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate difficult seasons and enjoys working with individuals and families facing trauma, anxiety, life transitions, couples counseling, and play therapy.

Known for her warm, inviting presence, Jordan helps clients feel safe and at ease in session. She strives to create a supportive environment rooted in compassion and curiosity, allowing clients the space to explore their emotions and past experiences with care.

We had our holiday dinner for Lakewood Counseling, and I truly love getting to celebrate with the best team. This group works tirelessly—often behind the scenes—to bring healing, hope, and deep interpersonal work to people all across our community.

It is always an honor to sit around the table with people who care so deeply about the work they do and the lives they serve. Lakewood Counseling is a truly unique place, and my hope is that we continue to be a space of healing and reconciliation for our community for many years to come!

We’re excited to welcome Jennifer Gibson, LCSW to our counseling group beginning January, offering services out of our Belton location.

Jennifer is the owner of Gibson Counseling and Wellness and specializes in working with children and adults who have experienced trauma, including unresolved or long-standing trauma from earlier life experiences.

She also has a strong focus on acute trauma, particularly supporting first responders—including law enforcement, EMS, hospital workers, and others who have been exposed to high-stress or traumatic events in the course of their work.

Jennifer accepts select insurance plans and also offers private-pay options.
