What a fantastic day at Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse! Our residents enjoyed a delicious lunch, lots of laughs, and an entertaining show from the talented chefs. The food was amazing, but the real challenge was catching shrimp in our mouths—and many of our residents rose to the occasion like pros! Great food, great friends, and great memories made together. We’re already looking forward to our next adventure!

Our residents turned into charcuterie chefs today! We had an amazing time at our Charcuterie Board Class led by our Activity Director, and the creativity was just as impressive as the food. From delicious cheeses and fresh fruits to plenty of laughs and great conversation, everyone had a wonderful time building their own tasty masterpieces. We were honored to welcome the CEO of Belton Regional Medical Center and the Chief Nursing Officer of Belton Regional Medical Center to Carnegie Village Rehabilitation & Health Care Center!

They joined our Administrator and Marketing Team to learn more about Carnegie Village and how we're partnering with hospitals to provide exceptional post-acute care for patients following a hospital stay.
