Shucks, we sure had a GOOD time on Friday! 🌽

Our 2026 Corn Boil was packed with sunshine, smiles, sweet corn, and a whole lot of fun! Everyone enjoyed some friendly competition with the Belvidere Park District Park & Play Bus and their awesome lawn games, danced along to some great music, and cooled off with delicious snow cones!
A very special local 4-H group brought along the cutest crew—including a calf, bunnies, and piglets—for a little petting zoo that had everyone smiling from ear to ear! 🐮🐰🐷

Add in fresh sweet corn from a local farm, popcorn, good music, and even better company, and you've got yourself one corn-tastic afternoon! 🌽

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered, brought the fun, and helped make our Corn Boil extra special! We are so grateful for everyone who helped make this day one to remember.

A little Dolly, a lot of memories, and plenty of beautiful singing voices at yesterdays Happy Hour! Residents enjoyed some of the timeless songs of the recently passed Dolly Parton. Her music truly brings people together and always will! Rest in Peace dolly, we will be singing your songs forever.

A couple times a month residents enjoy a lively Happy Hour complete with drinks, snacks and great company. We belted out some our favorite tunes with a sing-a-long. It's always a great time. 🎶🎤

Fresh air, fresh finds, and a whole lot of fun! Our 2026 Farmers Market brought a true taste of the market right to our community! From fresh veggies and farm-fresh eggs to handmade soaps, beautiful craft items, and much much more. There was something for everyone to enjoy. We loved strolling, shopping, and supporting local makers—all without leaving home! What a wonderful day at our very own Farmers Market! 🥕🍅🥚
