💜 BID TO REMEMBER — Community Silent Auction 💜

The Cottages of Blackduck is putting together a community silent auction to help raise funds for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and we would love the support of our amazing community!

We are currently looking for local businesses and community members who would be willing to donate an item, gift card, service, experience, basket, handmade item, or anything else that could be included in our auction.

No donation is too small! Smaller donations can also be combined to create auction packages.

Once we have our auction items collected, we will announce the official dates and open bidding right here on Facebook. 💜

• Full-Time — 72-hour block schedule
• Part-Time — 40-hour block schedule

🌙 NOC SHIFT
• Part-Time — 40-hour block schedule

💰 Starting at $19/hour — NO experience required!

We are a small 10-bed assisted living facility with a consistent block schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the residents you care for.

What we’re looking for:
🤎 Must be 18+
🤎 Every other weekend required
🤎 Dependable and comfortable working independently
🤎 Able to administer medications
🤎 Assist residents with daily needs
🤎 Prepare meals
🤎 Complete cleaning and laundry
🤎 No experience necessary — we will train the right person!

🦌 We had some pretty special visitors at The Cottages of Bemidji the other night! 🤎

Mama stopped by with her three fawns, and a young buck joined them for an evening visit. 🥹🌿

We couldn’t have asked for a sweeter view right outside our windows. It’s little moments like these that make our little corner of Bemidji feel extra special. 🦌🤎

National Assisted Living Week is just around the corner, and we're looking for volunteer entertainers who would like to donate their time to help make the week extra special for our residents at The Cottages of Blackduck & Bemidji.

We're hoping to connect with local:
🎵 Musicians & Singers
🎤 Bands
💃 Dancers
🎭 Performers
🎩 Magicians
🐾 Therapy Animals
🎨 Interactive Demonstrations
❤️ And any other family-friendly entertainment!

Our goal is to fill the week with smiles, laughter, and meaningful moments. We're seeking volunteers willing to donate their time and talents to bring joy to our residents during this special week.
Whether you're an individual, school group, church, community organization, or local club, we'd love to hear from you! Even a 30-60 minute visit can make a lasting impact.

Super excited for this! 🤩

We’re headed to not one, but TWO new facilities tomorrow! 🤍✨

We can’t wait to head north and shop with some new residents at The Cottages of Blackduck and The Cottages of Bemidji. Meeting new people and bringing the boutique to even more communities is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

We can’t wait to see you tomorrow! 🛍️💛

🌿🤎⭐ 16 DAYS TO GO! ⭐🤎🌿

Golden Boutique will be visiting The Cottages of Bemidji on Friday, July 24, and we're getting more excited every day!

This special event brings the shopping experience right to our residents with clothing, adaptive wear, accessories, and other fun finds—all without leaving home.

Want to help make the day even more meaningful? We're collecting donations for our Resident Shopping Fund so every resident has the opportunity to pick out something they love. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps create a memorable experience.
