At NPC, we welcome and serve individuals and families of every gender and income level. There are no income qualifications, and all of our services are provided free of charge.

Whether you’re taking care of your health, navigating pregnancy, preparing for a baby, working through parenting questions, or simply need someone supportive to talk with, our team is here to listen and help you explore the resources available to you.

Karen has faithfully served NPC since 2017, bringing warmth, wisdom, and nearly a decade of consistent care to our center. With a background in nursing, she offers valuable knowledge and a calm, practical presence that helps others feel supported and at ease.

Karen’s good-natured spirit brings joy to those around her, while her warmth makes people feel welcomed, cared for, and right at home. Her heart for NPC extends beyond client advocacy—she also supports community events and serves on our annual banquet planning committee, generously giving her time and talents wherever they are needed.

Kathy has served in numerous roles at NPC since before the center first opened its doors to clients. From helping pioneer the vision, to serving as a volunteer advocate, to her work as a nurse sonographer, she has blessed both clients and staff with her wisdom, skill, and grace for over a decade.

Her quiet strength and calm discernment create a sense of safety and hope for the future, often paired with a gentle sense of humor that puts people at ease. In her sonography work, she brings both expertise and attentiveness, helping clients feel informed, cared for, and respected in deeply meaningful moments.

She treats every client as profoundly important and builds intentional, trusting relationships. Her non-judgmental presence and attentive listening make it easy for others to unburden their hearts with her. She remembers the small details and thoughtfully follows up on them, helping people feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

Many clients return long after they no longer need our services, simply to reconnect with her because of the care and presence they experienced.

We are deeply grateful for Kathy and the gifts she brings, which continue to strengthen our team and give our clients hope and a vision for their future.
