We had such a great time out at Great Hearts Lakeside Field Day! It was a wonderful opportunity to get out in the community, connect with families, and enjoy a fun-filled day supporting our local community. We loved being part of the excitement and helping make the day extra special!

The transition into fall often brings a wave of seasonal allergies and early colds to North Texas. Usually, a little rest and over-the-counter medicine can fix a scratchy throat or runny nose.

But how do you know when a respiratory issue warrants a trip to the ER? Head to TotalCare ER immediately if you or your child experience:

We had such a wonderful time attending the Back-to-School Bash at Rolling Hills Elementary in Benbrook! A huge thank you to the Rolling Hills Elem. PTA for inviting us and putting together such a fun event for the school community.

We enjoyed every moment of visiting with families, connecting with students and staff, and chatting with other local businesses. Events like this are a great reminder of how special our community is, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support our local schools and families.

As the very first face our patients see when they walk through our doors, Ray has a way of making everyone feel welcomed, cared for, and at ease. Her warm smile, kind heart, and genuine compassion set the tone from the moment someone arrives. Whether she’s greeting patients, answering questions, or helping our team keep everything running smoothly, she does it all with grace and positivity.

Working at the front desk is so much more than checking patients in—it’s about creating a comforting first impression during what can often be a stressful time. Ray does that exceptionally well every single day, and we’re so thankful for the dedication, professionalism, and kindness she brings to our team.
