Four years ago, Central Oregon Aesthetics opened its doors—and Gen has been here since Day 1.

What started as our Office Coordinator has grown into so much more. She has recently been promoted to our Office Manager, but those who know Gen know that title barely scratches the surface.

She's the first smile that welcomes all of our patients, the calm in the middle of busy days, the person who somehow remembers every detail, and the teammate who makes everyone around her feel seen. The heart she pours into this practice can't be measured by a job description or title.

Watching Gen grow alongside COA has been one of our greatest privileges. Her promotion is so well deserved, and we're endlessly grateful for the loyalty, compassion, and joy she's brought to our team over the last four years.

Four years of COA.

It feels impossible to sum up what that means in one caption, because this place has become so much more than a business to us.

It has been four years of familiar faces, big life updates, first-time appointments, wedding prep, post-baby skin plans, confidence coming back, happy tears, honest conversations, and the kind of trust we never take lightly.
