🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: BETH MILLER 🌟
Great teams are built by great people, and Beth is someone we can always count on. She is hardworking, reliable, understanding, and consistently puts her best effort into everything she does. Her dedication to our patients and willingness to support her coworkers make her an incredibly valuable part of the Elk Ridge team. 🦌💚
Why schedule with Beth?
Beth is one of our licensed Chiropractic Assistants and has additional training in massage therapy, giving her a strong hands-on understanding of muscles, soft tissue, mobility, and how the body moves. She works alongside our doctors to help carry out each patient's individualized treatment plan and make sure patients receive attentive, thorough care throughout their visit.
When you're scheduled with Beth, your appointment may include doctor-directed therapeutic exercises, stretching, soft tissue work, and other therapies or modalities appropriate to your treatment plan. Her massage therapy background is especially valuable when working with patients who are dealing with muscular tightness, restricted movement, or areas that need additional attention alongside their chiropractic care.
One of Beth's greatest strengths is that she takes the time to listen. She understands that every patient comes in with a different story, different limitations, and different goals. She works hard to meet patients where they are while helping them progress through the treatment plan established by their doctor.
And if something is difficult, uncomfortable, or simply isn't working for you, tell her! Beth is incredibly understanding and wants patients to feel comfortable communicating throughout their care. That feedback allows our team to modify exercises, positioning, or treatment approaches when appropriate rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
At Elk Ridge, we believe there is much more to recovery than receiving an adjustment and heading out the door. The work that happens between adjustments—improving mobility, strengthening the body, addressing soft tissue, and learning how to move better—is an important part of comprehensive care. Beth plays a big role in helping our patients accomplish that.
So, the next time you're scheduling your Therapeutic massage, soft tissue work, myofasical release or other Chiropractic Assistant services, ask about scheduling with Beth! You'll be working with someone who is dependable, compassionate, hardworking, and genuinely wants to help you get the most out of your care. 💚
