Join us at Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living & Memory Care Residence for an informative and compassionate presentation designed to help individuals and families better understand hospice care and the supportive resources available through ClearPath Healthcare.

Lauren Lebien, who has supported individuals and families through hospice referrals since 2017, will share a clear and thoughtful overview of hospice care, including the differences between hospice and palliative care, common myths vs. facts, and the important role of the interdisciplinary care team.

Guests will also learn how hospice supports individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, coordinated care, as well as additional services offered through ClearPath Healthcare, formerly Hospice of Redmond.
