Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) is considered on of the highest known elements in the body. Dr. Andrew Taylor Still, the father of osteopathy, regarded cerebrospinal fluid as the body's supreme "river of life." He believed that unrestricted flow of fluids was essential for health and that any obstruction could lead to illness.
Breathing, of which there are many methods, has been shown to increase the flow of CSF. Craniosacral Work also supports the flow of this potent fluid.

Happy Solstice to you! May the returning light bring you joy and warmth!

One of the many things I appreciate about Craniosacral Work is that it can light up areas of the body, mind, Spirit that may be dimmed down due to the challenges of being a human being. This life can bring waves of ups and downs. And sometimes it can feel heavy.
After a CS session, most clients report that they feel lighter, more clear, more relaxed or dropped into their Self. Let's bring more light into our fellow Beings!
