Are your legs ready for ski season?
Don’t wait until the snow starts falling to get your knees strong and ready for the slopes. Most of us start training for ski season on the first run of the year. By lap three, your quads are burning. Your knees ache on the drive home. And late in the day, tired legs get sloppy.
The weeks before Bachelor opens are when you get ready. Not after.
In a 60 minute Performance Eval, we look at: how your knees and hips move, leg strength side to side, your balance on one leg, what feels tight, weak or off.
You’ll leave with a plan to get your legs ready before your first chair. No insurance needed.
