After an incredible maternity leave, Iā€™m excited to return to practice on Wednesday, June 3.

One of the biggest lessons Iā€™ve learned as a new mom is just how much support mothers needā€”and how often they struggle in silence. It doesnā€™t have to be that way.

Iā€™d especially love to help:

ā­ļø Moms experiencing a tight, shallow, or painful latch while breastfeeding (did you know that this can lead to mastitis?? I do now! And it could be addressed!)

ā­ļø Newly postpartum moms navigating the physical demands of recovery, holding and carrying a baby, and the endless hours of nursing and feeding

ā­ļø Pregnant moms preparing their bodies for a beautiful healthy birth and postpartum recovery

Helping moms and babies thrive has become a special passion of mine, and Iā€™m excited to bring that experience back to my patients.

If you know an expecting or new mom who could use some support, please spread the word! I canā€™t wait to see everyone again.

The body is designed to adapt and recover under load, but itā€™s not meant to stay stuck there.
