I’m Dr. Riley Bransteter, D.C., co-founder of Twin Peaks Performance and a sports-performance chiropractor serving the Bend and greater Central Oregon community. My background as a collegiate athlete and my own experience with multiple injuries, including severe disc injury, heavily influence how I listen, diagnose, and build treatment plans.

Twin Peaks Performance was created to bridge the gap between traditional chiropractic care and performance-based rehab. We support active individuals, professional athletes and those looking to be more active — with research-driven assessment, hands-on treatment, and targeted exercise progressions to help you move with confidence—in the gym, on the trail, and at home.
