This past week has felt nothing short of magic ✨

Sharing this experience alongside two women I deeply admire and love has made it even more special

I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful group of souls to connect, move, and grow with. So much gratitude for every moment 🤍

We’re already dreaming about doing it all again next year💫

Wearable CGM devices are powerful when you use them with a plan. Before you apply one, answer: what am I trying to learn, what range is normal for me, and what action will I take from the data. If the numbers make you afraid to eat, pause and get guidance. Curiosity builds health. Perfection builds anxiety.

Red light therapy has legit biology, but it gets overhyped fast. It can support recovery and inflammation, yet it cannot replace sleep, adequate calories and protein, mineral status like iron, or nervous system regulation. Also, dosing matters. Too little does nothing, too much can blunt effects. Use it as an add on, not a substitute.

NAD+ matters for cellular energy and repair, but it is advanced support, not first line care. Foundations first, then consider add ons with real oversight.

Comment SHIFT and I’ll DM you how to schedule your first consultation, the first step that could change everything.

Red Light Therapy: Shopping CHECKLIST!

If you are buying a red light panel, shop for specs not hype. Check wavelength, irradiance in mW/cm² at a specific distance, and clear usage guidance. Distance changes dose fast, and photobiomodulation follows a biphasic response, too little does nothing, too much can blunt results. A device with no irradiance specs is a red flag.

Comment ROOT and we’ll DM you the quiz to uncover your root cause and next steps to finally feel like yourself again.

IV vitamin therapy has specific use cases, like acute dehydration or targeted protocols. But routine “vitamin drips” are often overpromised, underproven, and can distract from lifestyle drivers that actually move the needle. Use IVs as support, not as a substitute for foundations.

Save this COLD PLUNG CHECKLIST!

Cold plunges can feel AMAZING 😍, but they are not automatically “healing.” Use this decision tree: if your goal is muscle, skip cold right after lifting. If you need soreness relief during heavy training, it can help. If you are depleted, underfed, or underslept, start with foundations first. And if you have heart or blood pressure concerns, get medical clearance.

NAD+ has real biology behind it, and research on NAD+ precursors is growing. But it is not a fix for iron, thyroid, sleep debt, or chronic stress. Think adjunct, not first line. Foundations first.

Evidence linking cycle phase to performance is mixed and often inconsistent. For some women, symptoms and stress load are the real driver, not a calendar template. Use cycle syncing as a flexible framework, not a rulebook. Track two cycles, spot your pattern, then personalize.

Comment SHIFT and I’ll DM you how to schedule your first consultation, the first step that could change everything.
