12-1pm The City of Benicia will be discussing the downtown parking and circulation modifications at the Benicia Chamber. Free to attend
5:30-7pm we have our mixer hosted by Benicia Community Foundation. They have a special performance by Panther Productions Improv and Musical Theater students.

Volunteers Needed for Benicia Oktoberfest 2026! The Benicia Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers to help make this year’s Oktoberfest & Marketplace a success on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Volunteers receive FREE admission to Oktoberfest. Work your volunteer shift, then enjoy the rest of the festival on us!

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Beer pouring
• Wine pouring
• Ticket check-in
• Ticket sales & walk-up check-in
• ID checks & wristbands (21+)
• Drink coupon sales
• Merchandise booth
• Cleanup crew

Whether you’re a longtime Oktoberfest fan, a local business member, or simply looking for a fun way to get involved in the community, we’d love to have you join the team.

LUNCH MOB IS HEADING TO CHAR’S!

Join us Wednesday, August 12th from 12–1 PM at Char’s Hot Dogs for a delicious lunch and some easygoing networking with fellow Chamber members and local business friends!

Located in Benicia’s historic Tannery Building, Char’s Hot Dogs has been serving up classic favorites since 2016. From loaded hot dogs and burgers to sandwiches and tasty sides, there’s something for everyone!

Our Lunch Mob is the perfect way to take a break, grab some lunch, meet new people, and build connections—all in a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere.

For this very special class, you will be creating and customizing your own very LARGE beer stein - complete with making your own customized plaque for the front. Choose from lots of different stamps for your customization.

No experience required - we'll walk you through it! Ages 9-99

Ribbon cuttings are very special. This one at Copas Crew was filled with people who were there to celebrate the success and new location. A lot of hard work goes into creating a business, hiring the right people, finding the best location and believing in yourself. Congratulations to Kelsey Copas and her crew!
