There's a reason you can't just decide to set a boundary and have it stick. There’s a reason it’s hard to do. And most of us weren’t taught appropriately how to set limits and stick to them.

Your nervous system learned a long time ago that taking up space wasn't safe. Because someone freaked out. Because there was a beefy consequence. Because it was simply easier to not, as asking for what you needed came with a cost. Being easy was how you earned your place, love and safety.

A boundary isn't a script. It's a rewiring of your thoughts, your feelings and your understanding viscerally and logically of safety and control.

That's what 30 days actually does for you. Not just telling you what to say and do. More like legit helping you understand why you've been afraid to say it and then practicing how to do it effectively, one step at a time.
