We want to share something amazing that happened today at the Women's Wellness Event at Benson Pentecostal Holiness ! 💆‍♀️

One of our clients had an incredible transformation.

Her blood pressure before a chair massage was 174/97.

After just 10 minutes with one of our massage therapists, it dropped to 143/89!

That’s a 31-point drop in systolic and an 8-point drop in diastolic — in a single short session.

Massage therapy can be a powerful, natural tool for reducing stress — one of the biggest contributors to high blood pressure. Moments like this are exactly why we love what we do.

Hey everyone! We've had a few clients recently show up for massage appointments that didn't actually make it into our schedule. This can happen sometimes during the online booking process — it may look like your appointment went through, but it needs that final confirmation step 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

✅ Please always wait for your text and/or email confirmation before coming in. That confirmation is your proof that the appointment is officially booked with us.

If you don’t receive a confirmation within a few minutes of booking, your appointment likely didn’t go through. Feel free to call us so we can get you scheduled right away.
