For Mental Health Awareness Month at Reach, today we’re celebrating Holly Crutchfield, Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) - our Clinical Director, Certified Autism Specialist, fearless leader, dear friend, tireless advocate, and truly exceptional therapist.

Holly is widely known and deeply respected throughout our community and beyond for her work supporting individuals, parents, families and other professionals within the Autism community as well as PANS/PANDAS. Her knowledge, advocacy, and ability to connect with families navigating incredibly complex situations have made her a trusted source of support and guidance.

Professionally, Holly works with children, adolescents, adults, and families while specializing in supporting parents of children with unique abilities or developmental needs. Her professional experience is vast - Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, OCD, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, developmental and neurodevelopmental concerns. Her clinical work reflects not only experience and specialized training, but also genuine compassion and commitment to helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. Families often describe feeling seen and hopeful after working with her - something that speaks volumes about the care she brings into every interaction.

To our team, Holly is the kind of leader who raises the standard simply by being herself. She is efficient, compassionate, internally motivated, and driven in a way that truly sets her apart. She somehow manages to lead, advocate, problem-solve, support clients and coworkers, and continue learning and growing professionally - often all at once. Quite honestly, we’re still not sure what she can’t do!

More than anything, Holly is loved and respected because people know how deeply she cares. She pours herself into this work, into the people around her, and into building a practice where both clients and clinicians feel supported and valued. Therapy is her true calling.

Thank you, Holly, for the leadership, advocacy, expertise, compassion, and heart you bring to Reach Behavioral Health every single day - and thank you again to our sister-company Kidsource Therapy for celebrating our team during Mental Health Awareness Month!

For Mental Health Awareness Month at Reach, we’re continuing to celebrate the people whose compassion, dedication, and heart make a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

Today, we’re recognizing Nick Horton, Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and the care he provides to clients in our Benton and Little Rock clinics.

Nick joined our team in February after previously serving school-aged children for years where he had lovingly been known as "Mr. Nick." Since joining Reach, he has been intentionally expanding his practice to serve adults, older teens, and their families while continuing to bring the same care in our outpatient setting.

A recent favorite moment for our office team was hearing one of Nick’s clients proudly announce, “This guy is a GREAT therapist.” It was such a meaningful and joyful moment - not only because of the compliment itself, but because of the trust, connection, and progress it represented for both client and therapist.

Professionally, Nick works with adults and teens primarily who may be experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, relational stress, behavioral challenges, etc.

To our team, Nick brings dedication and genuine curiosity. He often describes himself as a lifelong learner - whether he’s developing his clinical skills or tackling new interests like woodworking and chess. His eagerness to grow professionally in service to others is valuable to our community.

Thank you, Nick, for the dedication and heart you bring to Reach, and thanks again to Kidsource Therapy for celebrating our team during Mental Health Awareness Month!

Nick has openings for new clients! To learn more about him, visit: https://www.reachbh.net/nick

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Reach’s Clinical Director, Holly House Crutchfield, had the opportunity to partner with the Benton River Center to provide training and conversation around mental health awareness and ways to effectively support individuals in our community.

The Benton, Arkansas Parks and Recreation and The River Center are deeply committed to creating opportunities for ALL individuals and wanted to strengthen staff knowledge and confidence in supporting members who may need additional understanding, encouragement, or assistance during their time at the center.

We are grateful to work alongside organizations that value creating spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and seen. We are also so proud of Holly Crutchfield’s continuous work throughout her career to equip and empower others.

Small moments of compassion, awareness, and connection truly matter. 💚

Kidsource Therapy is hosting another playdate / parent support meet up at Hey Let’s Play in Benton!

We’re doing it again…and ready to play!

Kidsource Therapy is back at Hey, Let’s Play on Thursday, May 14th for another evening designed just for families- part playdate, part real-life support.

While your kids explore and play, you’ll have the chance to connect with pediatric therapists and ask the questions that have been sitting in the back of your mind, like:
-Is my child where they should be developmentally?
-Why do certain daily routines feel so hard?
-Should I be concerned about this… or is it a phase?

No pressure, no expectations- just a space to talk, learn, and feel a little more confident about what comes next. Kidsource has been walking alongside families since 1998, offering support across speech, occupational, physical, and developmental therapy- all centered around real-life, everyday challenges.

✨ Bonus: Admission is on Kidsource!

We’ll also have therapists available to share more about Early Intervention services for children under 3, where evaluations and therapy can be provided at no cost to families.

To give more families the chance to join, this event will be offered in two time slots, and spots are limited.

If you’ve been curious, had questions, or just want to connect- this is a great place to start.
