🏌️⛳ Bailey is more than just an amazing physical therapist... and more than just a softball coach!

After an incredible two-hole playoff, our own Bailey Wood was crowned the Veterans Golf Association Georgia State Champion, earning her spot in the VGA South Regional Championship in Kissimmee, Florida!

As if treating patients and coaching softball weren't enough, Bailey decided to add state champion golfer to the list! Her dedication, competitiveness, and work ethic show up in everything she does, both inside and outside the clinic.

Congratulations, Bailey, and good luck in Florida! We'll all be cheering you on! 🏆⛳💙

We are incredibly proud to share that Polk Physical Therapy has been awarded 2nd place in the TVFCU Idea Leap Grant Program!

This is a huge honor, and we are grateful for the opportunity to represent Polk County and the work being done right here in our community. 3 of the 5 finalists were Polk County businesses.

From day one, our mission has been simple: bring high-quality, advanced physical therapy services to Southeast Tennessee, so our community doesn’t have to travel to receive the care they deserve.

This funding allows us to continue pushing that mission forward. We will be investing in new technology and services that:

Improve patient outcomes
Expand access to care locally
Support continued growth based on what our community actually needs

We enjoyed having Emma Ledford with us at Polk Physical Therapy this semester as she completed observation for her class at the University of Tennessee!

It’s always a privilege to give students a firsthand look into the physical therapy field and hopefully play a small role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
