Introducing our Mom & Dad Senior Concierge Package, created for families who want a little extra support keeping their aging parents healthy, safe, and cared for.

For $299/month, the package includes monthly in-person in home visit and 1 virtual monthly visit, medication and refill support, vitals and symptom monitoring, chronic-condition check-ins, fall-risk and home-safety reviews, routine lab review, an included monthly Hydration or Immunity IV when appropriate, and more.

We can also help coordinate follow-up care after a hospital or ER visit, communicate with specialists and primary care providers, and keep family members updated with the patient’s permission.

Because sometimes you can’t be there for every appointment, every question, or every little change. We can help be an extra set of eyes, ears, and caring hands. 🤍
