The Dementia Experience at Willow Ridge allows our team to experience some of the sensory and cognitive challenges associated with dementia, helping us build an even deeper level of empathy and understanding for those we are privileged to care for each day. Through immersive, hands-on education, our caregivers can gain a new perspective that helps us continue providing compassionate, patient, and person-centered care to every resident who calls our Memory Care Unit home. 🫶✨
