Rachel first came to Arbor Vitae with her newborn daughter, looking for support with tension, birth trauma, reflux, and poor oral function. After seeing such great success with her little one, Mom + Dad decided to start care, too! 💙🧡

Since starting care, Rachel’s biggest wins have been significantly shorter recovery time while chasing a toddler—and being off anxiety medication! 🥰
