I just found Reform and am currently getting their Shockwave technology for my feet pains. They are so friendly and caring. They have the cutest little break area is nice with water and other drinks available. Their equipment is top-notch. Next I’m going to move to my shoulder pain using this technology, and then get the full chiropractic treatments, too. Highly recommended!

As background, I am 52 years old and have been treated by different chiropractors since I was in my 30’s after a car accident.I started having pain and then no mobility on my left leg. I was using a walking cane and could barely move. After seeing Dr. Joe, I left the office without using the cane and walking normally without any pain and full mobility.This is not the first time I have had pain or been unable to move however, every time I visit Dr. Joe I leave without pain and full relief. He is extremely knowledgeable. He thinks thoroughly about the cause of pain and after fixing the problem ensures he provides therapeutic movements for me to do to ensure it does not happen again.My wife visits him as well and the change from pain or feeling uncomfortable is night and day. She comes out feeling better than ever. We have been treated by him for about 3 years and I am blessed that we found him.We do not have to go every week either. He adjusts and treats so it is permanently fixed instead of having the patients go in once or twice a week. It could be months without seeing him and sometimes longer. I am sure that other cases are different and need more frequent or intense visits. However, I have gone to other chiropractic doctors and they want to see me every week or once a month and relief lasts that long. This is the first chiropractor I see where relief is permanent or very long lasting.My wife and I believe that the difference is how he is a Doctor and also has a background as a RN. This seems to give a different perspective and treatment from any other chiropractic doctor I have seen. His knowledge is unparalleled and it shows immediately. His bedside manners are the best I have seen on any healthcare professional. We are blessed to have met Dr. Joe.

I have had 2 sessions here with the Softwave therapy and noticed an immediate difference after the first session. I deal with residual lower back pain from a bone and disc infection. PT and exercises only have helped temporarily, so this huge for me. I've been just dealing with this pain that doesn't have to be there. Thank you so much Reform!

How do you spell Miracle?? R-E-F-O-R-MMy mom laid in bed for over a year in pain ever since she broke her hip. No pain meds, no anti inflamatory meds, no steroid shots or creams were giving her relief. She got kicked out of physical therapy because she couldn't move through the pain.And then...an ad for Softwave came popped up in her FB feed, so we decided to give it a whirl. We were desparate. During her initial consult, she responded that her pain was 9/10. Typical.Much to all of our dismay, she left the office--her first treatment--WITH NO WALKER. She was even smiling! Pain level was at about a 1. That by itself was a big deal.Through the course of her eight treatments, she began to look forward to each one every week. I never looked forward to it, but the staff is just the BEST and made it as enjoyable as they could for me. It felt just like the customer service we used to get back when Bentonville was a small little farm town and everyone knew each other, their aunts, uncles, and cousins. Anyhoo...The application would relieve her symptoms on appointment day, but a pretty substantial amount of pain would eventually return by the time her next session rolled around. By her last treatment, she was still in enough pain we were visiting with Dr. Parker about exploring next steps with a specialist to do what it seemed Softwave hadn't. Dr. Parker was encouraging, and he optimistically suggested that the treatments work kinda like metabolism (my analogy, not his): the body continues to respond even after the treatments are over, so it wouldn't be surprising to see some improvment as time passed. We decided to "take a break" before making an appt with the vascular specialist to see how right Dr. P was...or wasn't.Fast forward a couple months or so....Took Mom to the doc for her annual check up yesterday (6/2/26). When I asked where her pain level was, she responded 0/10.I stopped. Looked up from the intake form. Looked at her. "ZERO out of TEN??""yeah, zero out of ten."Met my sister for dinner after that and told her Mom was at a 0/10.She stopped. Looked up from her burger. Looked at me. Looked at Mom."ZERO out of TEN??""yeah, zero out of ten."Shocking.Do I have hard evidence to link Softwave to her newfound pain relief? No, can't say as I do. But what I CAN say is that Mom laid in bed, unable to move due to pain for over a year. And just a twomonths during/two months after Softwave, we're at a zero out of ten.Is she off her walker and able to care for herself now? NO. But she's out of pain. And the mobility stuff is between her and her physical therapist.If you know my family--and I'm sure many of you do--you know we don't put our stamp of approval on something unless we mean it. So I'm sharing this with you in case you or someone you're caretaking for have given up hope. Give Softwave a try. Or lightwave...or whatever they call the thing that looks like an ultrasound and makes clicky noises. I've seen miracles happen.R-E-F-O-R-MI hope nothing but the best for you!
