A reminder for our established patients: telehealth appointments are now available for prescription refills once your initial in-person appointment has been completed.

I have had many patients make the switch to telehealth, and the feedback has been wonderful. It’s a simple, convenient way to stay on track with your care without having to make an additional trip to the office.

For eligible patients, medications can also be cold shipped directly to you with no additional shipping fees.

Telehealth visits are for refills only and are not available for new patients. All new patients must complete their first appointment in person.

If you’re an established patient and are due for a refill, please contact me to schedule your telehealth visit. 💙

You don’t need another diet.

If you’ve been struggling with your weight for years, there’s a good chance you’ve already tried quite a few. You may have had periods where you were doing everything “right,” saw some progress, and then found yourself back where you started. That can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you feel like you’re putting in the effort and still not getting the results you want.

I don’t look at weight as simply a matter of eating less or trying harder. There are many factors that can affect weight, appetite, metabolism, energy, and your ability to maintain progress. That’s why I take the time to look at you as an individual, including your health history, your goals, your current challenges, and what you’ve already tried.

My goal isn’t to put you on another plan that you can only follow for a few weeks. I want to provide personalized, medically guided weight-management care that fits your individual needs and gives you support throughout the process.

That can include discussing your health history, reviewing your goals and progress, answering your questions, and helping determine which treatment options may be appropriate for you. Your care is not a one-size-fits-all approach, because your health and your experience with weight are unique to you.

If you’re tired of starting over, you don’t have to figure out what to do next by yourself. Let’s have a conversation about what may be right for you.

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is knowing that the people I work with feel heard, supported, and cared for. I’m grateful for every review and every person who takes the time to share their experience.

Thank you for trusting me with your journey and for allowing me to be part of it. Your kind words truly mean a lot.

POV: You almost talked yourself out of starting because you wondered, “What if it doesn’t work for me?” 👀

And then
you got the results you were hoping for. 🙌

Sometimes you just have to take that first step. 😉💙

Health is the whole picture, not just the parts we can measure.

It’s the walk you almost talked yourself out of. The meal you actually enjoyed. The sunlight on your face. The belly laugh. The quiet. The things that bring you back to yourself. â˜€ïžđŸ«¶

Everybody wants this. And by this, I mean, feeling listened to, having a plan that makes sense, walking away feeling more confident than when you arrived.

These reviews are exactly why I do what I do. 🙌

For years, PCOS made many women feel like their symptoms were being reduced to “just cysts” or irregular cycles when the reality is often much deeper.

This week, experts announced that PCOS will begin transitioning to a new name: PMOS, or Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. The shift is meant to better reflect what so many women have experienced all along
this condition is not only reproductive. It is metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and deeply connected to whole-body health.

Many women navigating PMOS experience symptoms like insulin resistance, fatigue, weight struggles, inflammation, acne, fertility challenges, anxiety, brain fog, and blood sugar dysregulation. The new terminology helps move the conversation away from simply “ovarian cysts” and toward a more complete understanding of what is happening inside the body.

This is also part of why GLP-1 medications have become such an important conversation in women’s health. Beyond weight loss alone, research continues to explore how GLP-1s may help support insulin sensitivity, metabolic function, inflammation, appetite regulation, and hormonal balance in some individuals with PMOS/PCOS. For many women, addressing the metabolic side of the condition can be life-changing.

A name change does not magically fix the gaps in women’s healthcare, but it is an important step toward validation, earlier diagnosis, better education, and more comprehensive care. Your symptoms are not “just hormones.” Your body is communicating.
