Dating can easily pull us into overthinking, second-guessing, and uncertainty.

If you're tired of feeling drained by dating, stuck in your decisions and frustrated by the uncertainty — this workshop offers a reset.

This experiential gathering will offer simple, embodied practices to support greater clarity, confidence, and ease in dating and relationships.

Participants will explore how to:
• Feel more grounded while navigating uncertainty
• Clarify desires by connecting with the body’s signals
• Build trust in decision-making and reduce overthinking
• Recognize patterns that shape connection and attraction

What to Expect
This two-hour session weaves guided reflection with accessible somatic practices. Through movement, awareness, and inquiry, we will explore how patterns show up in dating and relationships, and how to shift them.

No prior experience is needed.

About the Facilitator
Annalisa Jackson is an ICF-certified somatic coach and facilitator who supports people in building self-trust and emotional clarity in love and life. Her work integrates nervous system awareness with somatic practice, helping clients move from overthinking into embodied confidence. She has worked with hundreds of clients and centers the body as a source of insight and change.

At the Alembic, we hold that movement is its own form of inquiry, that the body knows things the mind is still comprehending.

EDGES is where that belief becomes practice.

A day-long dance immersion with Mackenzie Amara, devoted to the places where you meet yourself most honestly.

Not where things end, but where the invisible begins to reveal itself: the trembling before the breakthrough, the moment a boundary becomes a doorway.

Through guided movement, solo work, and active witnessing, you practice crossing from the familiar into the shimmering unknown.

Such a beautiful gathering of souls Berkeley Alembic last night for my new monthly group Vocal Discovery.

Each month I introduce an element of technique, depth work, harmony singing and improvisation.

Last night I introduced:

🎶 I taught ‘calling style’ singing and we sang a 3 part song in Bulgarian.

Please join us for a community tea session featuring a wide array of Chinese teas, including oolong, red, and puerh. A separate pot of herbal tea will always be available for those who prefer to avoid caffeine.

These gatherings are designed to cultivate a contemplative atmosphere. Through the shared enjoyment of tea, we will create space to explore the imagination by offering poems, dreams, reflections, and other forms of creative expression.

Tea masterScott Traffas has spent decades exploring the various exoteric and esoteric traditions of the East and West. His abiding interest in the intersection of Yoga, Ta**ra, and Ayurveda deeply informs his approach to gongfu tea curation. Beyond the teas that are selected and their method of brewing, Scott is particularly interested in the qualities of becoming that constellate among friends, both old and new, around a tea table.

Many of us work with psychedelics without a guide or with limited support to integrate these experiences. That can feel painful or lonely when we’ve had meaningful journeys (and also when we’ve had disappointing journeys!). Healing – especially from interpersonal injuries – deepens when done in community. The same is true of personal and spiritual growth. Even the most joyful experiences are best metabolized when witnessed. Together, we become a mosaic – a colorful and varied community, greater together than the sum of our parts.

Mosaic is a psychedelic integration circle for self-identified women. Here, you’ll find a supportive space to integrate the lessons, challenges, and wisdom from psychedelic journeys so that you can apply those learnings to everyday life. Together, we’ll seek to understand our psychedelic experiences and make profound insights accessible and actionable.

This is a drop-in, monthly supported peer group rather than a psychotherapy group. We create space for sharing stories and experiences, receiving support, and forging genuine connections. Meditation, mindful movement, somatic practices, Internal Family Systems parts work, and creative tools are all part of the fun.

Whether you’re new to integration or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a supportive community here.

Note: You’re invited to bring an object for our community altar that represents some aspect of your journey.

No one turned away for lack of funds. If this applies to you, please pay at the door.

Dr. Lyssa Menard is a psychologist, psychedelic therapist, and professor (Northwestern University Medical School) with specialties in Integrative Medicine, trauma treatment, and health psychology. She is the founder of Strategies for Change, a coaching and consulting firm promoting personal, organizational, and leadership change and has been a consultant to a wide range of media outlets, including CNN, New York Times, and WebMD.
