The Atlas (C1) is the top bone in the cervical spine and sits in one of the most neurologically important areas of the body. It helps provide constant neural input to the brain about head position, posture, balance, coordination, and muscle tone.
When movement and alignment in this region are restricted, the body can begin adapting in ways people may actually feel — tension, imbalance, altered posture, limited mobility, compensation patterns, and more. Chiropractic adjustments are designed to restore motion and improve communication between the brain and body through the nervous system.
Every adjustment is specific, intentional, and tailored to the individual. The goal is not just symptom relief, but helping the body function and organize itself more efficiently. 🧠⚖️
