Hi, I’m Viviana Lahrs. You may know me as your realtor. Or as your yoga teacher. Or perhaps you found me through the retreats. Whichever door brought you here — welcome. This is all of me.

I have never fit neatly into one box. I am a realtor who practices yoga. A yoga teacher who understands real estate. A life coach who leads retreats. A woman who believes that the fullest version of yourself is worth showing up as — all of it, all at once.

And here is what all of those roles have taught me:

The people who show up most powerfully in their lives — in their work, their relationships, their creative expression — are the ones who invest in themselves. Not occasionally. Intentionally.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the power of mindset. It’s so simple yet it takes practice. I thought I would share this reminder that each moment you have choice in your thoughts and what you think can lead to your actions.

If you find yourself in negative thoughts, and you’re wanting to shift out of them, the first part is noticing that. Remember that you have choice and in that moment, choose what you want and pick an action to move towards that.

This week I’m at a real estate conference in Huntington Beach. I keep practicing yoga spring balance into my life. Taking the time for movement in breath is so important in being connected to my body mind and soul feels I allow for both the feeling and the release.

This video is me inspired in the moment, listening to how my body wanted to move. There is so much value in practicing the structure of Yoga and also something very nurturing about just letting the body move a breathing with it.

When is the last time you gave your body the freedom to just move and listen to that?

3 Minute Yoga: UPPER BODY RELEASE

🧘🏼‍♀️When you need a break, here is a three minute Yoga routine for shoulder and upper body release.

For those of you that are on the computer a lot or if you’re experiencing stress or tension, some of the most common areas people experience this is in their upper body- neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Here is one routine that will help bring in more mobility and relaxation. The most important part is taking the break… bringing in the awareness, attention and breath. It is here that your body knows it’s time to let go.

Jet fuel costs are rising and flight prices are following. If you’re planning to join us in Portugal this August — or traveling anywhere internationally this summer — here’s what travel experts are suggesting right now:

→ Book sooner rather than later. Prices are going up, not down.
→ Choose a changeable fare — avoid Basic Economy. If prices drop you can rebook and get a credit for the difference.
→ Set a Google Flights alert for your route — it notifies you automatically if fares go down.
→ Fly mid-week if possible (Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday) for the best fares.
→ Use miles or points if you have them — now is a great time.

One silver lining — August fares tend to be lower than June and July since most summer travelers head out earlier in the season. Another reason our Portugal retreat timing works in your favor. 🇵🇹
