April showers bring… May flowers! Come see what’s in bloom at Brilliant Births. 🌷🗓️

HypnoBirthing: We love HypnoBirthing for its meditation and mindset based approach to birth. Learn everything you’d learn in a standard birth class, AND how to create a mental approach to birth that truly serves you.

Laboring Together: This 3 hour weekend workshop is a perfect addition to any hospital birth class. Practice hands-on strategies as a couple and as the pregnant person to create a calm and empowered labor.

Childbirth Prep: Our 3 or 5 week Childbirth Education courses take you on a deep dive into birth. With empathy and expertise, our experienced instructors use activities, discussion, lecture, and passion to bring joy and curiosity into your birth planning.

Pregnancy safe fitness: Enjoy a soft end to a busy day. Join our NEW Prenatal Yoga-lates class on Fridays for yoga based stretching and pilates based strengthening for all levels. Bring a guest and enjoy working out together!
