Tamara completed her Master’s Degree in Counseling from San Francisco State University in 2016 with a specialization in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling. Her approach to working with both couples and individuals is trauma-informed and rooted in attachment theory. Her collaborative, empathetic, and process-focused style helps partners better understand themselves and each other while fostering deeper emotional connection and lasting relationship growth. She also supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and major life transitions.
