*The end to my time in Cortland*

June and July will be the final months of having a second location in Cortland. (After 6 wonderful years!) 🥹

This year has sent me down an unexpected path and I have had to shift some priorities.

With the loss of now both my parents my heart is heavy. My mind, body and soul are tired. Realizing that letting go of something (and unfortunately some really amazing clients) so that I can refocus has not been an easy decision. I am however looking forward to giving my self space to heal, permission to rest, and time to reflect.

Regular hours will continue at my primary location in Berkshire. I am so blessed to have this amazing space!

Thank you all for your patience and kind words these past few months as I grieve and navigate life's ups and downs. I am so grateful. 🙏

Recent price increases are now updated on the booking site. Just a few things to note:

**If you have future sessions that have already been booked prior to today the price increase does not apply to those sessions.

**Loyalty/frequency discounts of $10 are available for repeat sessions booked within 8 weeks. (Basically if you are one of my regular clients there are no changes for your sessions.)

**Please do not prepay the session if you qualify for the discount. (If you want to pay by card send me a message and I can add the discount and you can go back into the appointment and pay after the discount is applied.)

Effective for sessions booked in Berkshire after February 15th (booking date, not session date) prices will be increasing $10/session. You can book sessions 2 months in advance.

I will also be adding a loyalty/discount program. If session is booked within 8 weeks of the previous booking there will be a $10 discount.
