November is officially BOOKED! ✨

I’m so thankful for all of my current clients, and I’m excited to get a few additional clients in from the wait list!

I just want to say how much I appreciate everyone who continues to support my small business. Whether it’s booking a session, referring a friend, or sharing a post, it all means so much to my small business. ❤️

🎄December’s calendar opens Friday, November 13th!

Once appointments are posted for current clients, I’ll reach out to those on the wait list if I have any additional openings available.

Happy Monday!

I have just a couple of massage appointments left on Friday, November 27th (Black Friday)! 🍂

For those of you on my waitlist, I’ll be working my way down the list today and throughout the week, sending out emails to see if these one-time openings might work for you. I have options for both 60- and 90-minute sessions.

While I may not have room to add anyone into my regular monthly rotation just yet, these openings are a great opportunity to get in, unwind, and make a little time for yourself if you’re off for the holidays!

If you’re hoping to get back into a regular rotation, I’m happy to keep you posted as more availability opens up, too. ❤️

Want to get on the waitlist? Send me a message or head over to my website to sign up to be notified when appointments become available.

I’ll be working through the list over the next few days, so keep an eye on your inbox!

🍃Since we’re talking techniques lately, one of my absolute favorites is pin and stretch!

I love yoga, and sometimes incorporating a little stretching into massage sessions is a great way to bring the two together. I have a few favorites in my toolbox that I choose depending on the client and their needs.

✨Piriformis pin and stretch: One of my favorites for addressing tension that may contribute to hip discomfort, certain types of sciatic symptoms, and low back pain.

✨Upper trapezius: One of my go-tos for tension through the neck and shoulders.

✨Pec minor: After some training in Denver, I’ve really enjoyed incorporating this subtle technique. With so many of us spending time rounded forward, this stretch can help ease tension across the front of the shoulders and support better shoulder mobility.

So, what is pin and stretch? I apply gentle, targeted pressure to a muscle while slowly moving your body through a passive stretch. This helps address muscle tension and restrictions while encouraging better mobility.

Every session is tailored to the individual, their needs, and their preferences. And honestly, these techniques are a favorite for many of my clients! 😊

✨ Have you heard of a Craniosacral Still Point?

I’ve been incorporating a little craniosacral still point work into some of my massage sessions lately, and I’m loving hearing the feedback from my clients!

Some things they’ve been noticing?
😴 Better sleep
😌 An even deeper sense of relaxation
✨ That extra feeling of calm and tension melting away

And honestly? Sometimes you can just see the difference when they get off the table!

😂 I affectionately call it “massage drunk”that wonderfully relaxed, almost floaty feeling when your body just wants to chill!

So, what exactly is a craniosacral still point?

A still point is a gentle craniosacral technique that involves a brief pause in the body’s natural rhythm. This quiet moment may help encourage the nervous system to shift toward a more relaxed state, giving the body a chance to slow down, unwind, and simply rest.

Everybody responds a little differently, but if it’s something you enjoy and find relaxing, I’m always happy to incorporate a little still point work into your massage session! 💜

🍂 Hey friends!

Gosh, November is right around the corner, which means the holiday season is almost here!

November is a great time to slow down, breathe, reset, and make a little time for yourself. 🤎

✨ CURRENT MASSAGE CLIENTS ✨

November booking opens TODAY!

You can:
• Log in and book online
• Call me
• Message me directly

I’ll have some additional opportunities around the holidays, including a few daytime appointments that I don’t normally have available.

📅 I’ll keep the November schedule open to current clients through 10/18. After that, I’ll open any remaining appointments to those on my waitlist.

⭐️ WAITLISTED MASSAGE CLIENTS ⭐️

I’ll send out opportunities to book a one-time massage session as appointments become available as I work down the list.

If you’re interested in being considered for recurring appointments in the future, we can certainly talk about as I have more availability. Right now, I have quite a few clients who book with me month-to-month, so I’m not able to add new clients to a regular recurring schedule at this time.

⭐️ If you’re interested in booking a massage and haven’t joined the waitlist yet, feel free to message me or head to my website to join!

🍁 Make a little space for yourself this November. You deserve the time. 🤎

Hey, happy Monday! 👋 Just checking in with a few updates!

✨Yoga is coming back!
Our next Saturday yoga class will be Saturday, November 7th at 9:00 AM. Stay tuned for more details. I’m excited to get back to it!

✨Massage clients:
The November schedule will open for current clients this Friday, October 9th! If you’re hoping to get a massage appointment in November, be ready to book because those favorite time slots tend to go quickly.

The exciting news is that I’ll have a little more availability in November, with about 5–6 additional appointments compared to my usual schedule.

Once current clients have had the opportunity to book, if I have any remaining openings, I may be able to offer a few one-off appointments to clients on my waitlist. So if you’ve been waiting for an opening, stay tuned!

More updates to come! 💛

Okay, last topic from my recent massage trainings as I look toward 2027: lymphatic massage. 🤍

🍃The lymphatic system is part of our body’s natural drainage and immune system, helping move excess fluid and waste through the body.

🍃Lymphatic massage uses very gentle, rhythmic techniques to encourage lymph flow. It is quite different from traditional massage and is not a deep tissue technique. It is also incredibly relaxing, many people will fall asleep during it! 😴

🍃It can be especially helpful for those experiencing lymphedema, whether primary or related to surgery, lymph node removal, cancer treatment or other medical situations.

🍃It can also be helpful for people experiencing swelling, fluid retention or heaviness, depending on the individual’s needs.

🍃Regular massage can support circulation and fluid movement, but lymphatic massage is much more specific and intentional when lymphatic drainage is the goal.

✨I am already trained and capable of providing lymphatic massage, but this is something I’d really like to pursue additional training and certifications in for 2027. I want to make sure I have the education and tools to appropriately tailor and personalize this work for the many different medical situations and individual needs that can come with lymphatic concerns.

This one is definitely moving toward the top of my 2027 training list. 🤍

Is lymphatic massage something you’ve experienced, or something you’d be interested in having me add in for 2027❓

🍂October’s calendar is officially open for booking for current clients!

October continues to be a little busier as I balance life and my schedule, but come November, I’ll likely have a handful of a few more appointments available as I gain a little more flexibility.

A few ways to book:
🍁Book online by logging into the website
🍁Reply to the email you received
🍁Message me directly

If you’re hoping to get in during October, I’d recommend booking sooner rather than later since there likely won’t be much opportunity to add additional appointments.

Thank you, as always, for your patience, support, and understanding. I truly appreciate every one of you, whether I see you monthly, every other month, or just occasionally. 🤍
