Our goal is to empower individuals on the Autism Spectrum and those with anxiety disorders with the various functioning and healing tools to face the many changes they will encounter once their teen years arrive and moving forward through being functioning adults in society. Everything from managing stressful situations, social skills, interview skills, meditation techniques, how to use Reiki to heal, art therapy, tutoring, etc. Our services also extend to families, friends, and interested members of the community. We are excited to help you heal and guide you in believing that you are worthy of any changes in your life! Melissa is a US Navy Veteran, a CT certified Special Education Teacher with a Master's degree of Science from CCSU, a certified Reiki Master, a Reverend, and a DoTerra Wellness Advocate. Michael has High Functioning Autism, is a video editor, artist, and is a student at Middlesex Community College.

I loved this class and I didn't even know the song. Vibe was great and I can not wait for more classes. Everyone was so welcoming and nice.

Hi world. In case you are trying to schedule with me and it hasn't been able to happen, the universe is throwing me some huge curve balls lately. My dog, of 17 years, was given a completely bleak outlook. But, McDonald's has brought him back to life.😭😂 There are many other things...but if I am not good, your reading won't be good. Hey! Look! It's almost like this picture should be me! Because folks, yes, I have done it again. I have amazed doctors! How, do you ask? I'd love to tell you. Sunday, woke up with a rash on my inner thigh. No biggie. It didn't look too bad. Monday, I start questioning it as it goes from the size of a dime to a half dollar. Ehh, no biggie. Tuesday, we have active swelling, vestibules as they called them (kind of looks like gnarly blisters), redness, heat and now this thing is the radius of my hand. Today? Whoa..all still there, with those vestibules get crusty looking. Did I use anything? Of course I tried two different creams and Benadryl. Come on people, I am not THAT dumb. Today? I threw in the towel. This is where I am going to say once again that I am AMAZING!!! 😂 I have shingles, but in a spot that had several, yes several, ER doctors scratching their heads being all kinds of confused! Looks exactly like shingles, but the spot it's in is not normal according to them. I asked if they wanted to add a photo of me to the medical journal. But they didn't do it. For now, I will continue on with life knowing that I have and always will be, that walking anomaly. I hear it all too often. But, at this point,if there is an anomaly to be had, it's usually coming from me.

Just a reminder...you can forgive, without sitting down at that table again. Forgiveness does not require reconnection. You can forgive them and still protect your peace. You can release the offense and still keep the boundary. You can pray for them and still refuse access to your life. Forgiveness is about freeing your heart. Trust is about proving your character. Stop letting people guilt you into returning to places God delivered you from. Some tables were meant for a season. Some doors were meant to close. Some chapters were never supposed to be reread. Forgive completely. Love genuinely. But don’t confuse forgiveness with permission. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is forgive them… and keep walking. 🔥🙏🏻
