We are always happy to take credit, cards and debit cards, but we pay a fee. We like cash, checks, and Venmo as we don't pay a fee. For the other, the fee is a small fee, but why give the banks more money? I think they have enough.

We are starting meditation classes again after a long break. We will be on an irregular schedule. Stay tuned here for updates. Next class is September 4th at 2:00.

Effective October 1 our regular services will have a $5 increase in price. We apologize to our loyal clientele for this.

Most of our costs are fixed except for two. Those two factors have prompted this increase.

The first is the increase in the price of heating oil. We need to keep the clinic warm. The price of heating oil is more that double what it was in 2020.

The second is that in order to make this clinic possible we borrowed money, lots of it. A large portion of this debt is at a variable interest rate. When interest goes up, so does the price of paying our debts. Since 2020 interest rates have jumped by 2.25%. This doesn't seem like much but it had a big impact on our monthly debt payments.
