Now accepting new children and adolescent patients! Meet our newest therapist!
Skye is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Master of Social Work from Salisbury University. Skye believes that therapy should be a place where clients feel comfortable being themselves, sharing their experiences, and working toward the changes that matter most to them.
Skye has experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and self esteem concerns. She especially enjoys working with children and families and believes that each client brings their own strengths, experiences, and goals to therapy.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths based therapy, mindfulness, solution focused techniques, and play based interventions when appropriate. She works to meet clients where they are and tailors therapy to their individual needs.
Skye values building strong, trusting relationships with her clients and believes that meaningful growth begins with feeling safe, supported, and understood. Her goal is to help clients develop practical coping skills, build on their strengths, and feel more confident in navigating everyday challenges.
