One of my favorite things about living on the Eastern Shore is watching the fields.
No farmer expects a harvest the day after planting a seed.
Growth takes time.
Roots grow before fruit appears.
And every season has a purpose.🖤

Things like cracks, teeth marks, color, and coating can point to patterns I see all the time with hormones, digestion, stress, and fatigue.
It’s one small piece of the puzzle, but when you put it together with your symptoms and history, it starts to make sense.

Kacey and Erica are an amazing force together and we are very sad to say farewell to Kacey or even til next time.

All of my 100 hour Sound Cert Trainees are special in their own ways and Kacey stole my heart one day when she came in with home made instruments and was ready to share her voice in song and drum!!

She blew us away with her authenticity and gift to move the energy with voice and tones while so comfortable working with drum medicine.
She and Erica are both a gift to the world and we wouldn’t miss this for anything!
