✔️ I'll then step out while you undress to your comfort level and get settled on the table. Before re-entering, I'll knock to ensure you're ready and comfortably covered.

✔️ During your session, I'll check in about your comfort and pressure preferences. Feel free to chat or simply relax—I'll follow your lead!

✔️ After your massage, I'll share any recommendations or self-care tips before giving you privacy to get dressed.

This is one of my FAQs and there is no standard answer! It really depends on the type of massage you need and what area or which muscle groups you need worked on.

👍 It's always best to discuss a treatment plan with your massage therapist and some people even keep their doctor or physical therapist in the loop.
