Celebrating another amazing recovery at Glen Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center! 🎉

When W.T. arrived at Glen Brook, he needed MOD A for bed mobility, was dependent for transfers, and couldn't ambulate.

Thanks to his hard work in therapy, he is now independent in bed, needs only set-up for transfers, and walks up to 150 feet with supervision! He also made great gains in his daily activities and is returning home with strong caretaker support. Great job, W.T.!
