Are you getting lots of sleep, but still feeling tired and rundown? Maybe you’re not getting enough quality sleep. Most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep per night to wake up feeling rested. There are four elements that go into QUALITY SLEEP: Sleep latency (how long it takes you to fall asleep), Awakenings (number of times you wake up during the night), wake after sleep onset (the amount of time you are awake after first falling asleep), and sleep efficiency (the ratio of time asleep to time lying in bed).
