I walked onto this ranch thinking I was just going to spend time with horses.

I left with a lighter heart.

One of these beautiful souls walked straight up to me and quietly stayed by my side. There were no words, no expectations, no advice. Just presence. Somehow, in those moments, I found myself processing grief I didn’t even realize I was still carrying.

As someone who helps others heal, I was reminded that healing doesn’t always come through talking. Sometimes it comes through feeling seen. Feeling safe. Feeling connected.

Today, a horse gave me that gift.

If you’ve never experienced equine-assisted psychotherapy, I encourage you to learn more about The HEART Project at Singing Grace Ranch. They’re creating a truly special space where people can work through trauma, anxiety, grief, and life’s challenges in partnership with these incredible animals.

Thank you to my friend and everyone involved in this beautiful work. I’ll carry this experience with me for a long time.

Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with words.
Sometimes… it begins with a horse. 🤎

Can’t wait to meet everyone!

⭐️BIG THINGS HAPPENING⭐️ We are so proud and excited to announce a whole new addition to our ministry!!!!
I recently obtained my Eagala Certification so we could partner with Kickapoo Tribal Health Center, this has been in the works for a long while now but Gods timing is always perfect! What beautiful passionate people that have created the Heart Program through Eagala and a wonderful partnership we have formed. The lives that will be changed will be incredible. We are now able to announce our soft opening this Friday! If you would like to come and learn more about what we will be doing this is the time to do so! Morning and evening sessions available please RSVP if you would like to attend! Details on the flyer picture. And I’m so honored they have our sweet Doolin on there, he will always continue to be a part of everything we do. 💞
