We were never meant to hold onto every emotion we experience. 🤍 Yet so often, we move through life storing what we haven’t had the space, safety, or capacity to fully process—stress, grief, fear, anger, old patterns, and emotions that were never ours to carry in the first place. The body has its own language, and sometimes it simply needs permission to let go. Spinal Energetics creates a space for the nervous system and body to unwind, move, and release what may have been held within the system. Through subtle movement, energy, breath, and deep listening, we allow the body to do what it already knows how to do—return to greater balance, regulation, and flow. You don’t have to carry it all. Sometimes healing begins with simply allowing yourself to release. ✨

This October, I’m opening the doors to another month-long Somatic Channeling workshop, an immersive experience , where you will be initiated and activated into somatic channeling ., the intelligence of the body, the subtle field, and connection to Source Consciousness. We’ll meet together through Zoom, because this work isn’t confined by physical distance; the field is not bound by space and the work happens in relationship with the quantum field of possibility. Through practice, embodiment, and guided exploration, you’ll begin to experience how the body can become a channel for information, movement, sensation, and intelligence that exists beyond the thinking mind. I will do energy work anywhere. 🌊✨

Even on vacation, on a public beach, with strangers sitting nearby, watching and wondering what the hell I’m doing. 😂

Because when you know how to return to yourself, you don’t need the perfect room, the perfect altar, or the perfect conditions.

I sat on the beach and entered into a sacred communion with Source — allowing energy to move through my body, clearing and cleansing my energetic field, releasing what was no longer mine to carry, and bringing my physical body back into coherence.

The communion feels so damn good that I stopped caring who was watching 🌹

This is what I want more people to experience.

Not just receiving energy work from someone else, (which is amazing as well) but learning how to become deeply connected to your own body, your own field, your own intuition, and the intelligence that is always moving through you.

I believe everyone should know how to somatically channel, how to feel their own energy, listen to their body’s guidance, move energy, clear energy, and reconnect and commune with Source.

I hold Somatic Channeling workshops every other month, where I teach students how to develop this sacred practice and begin discovering what is possible when you learn to work with energy through the body.

I’m currently holding a workshop this month, and my next Somatic Channeling: Channeling Source workshop will be in October. Become the Source channel.

Somatic Channeling is a sacred path of spiritual initiation, growth, expansion, healing and awakening. For this reason, it belongs in a sacred container.

This container is for energy practitioners wanting more. More connection to themselves, more connection to Source, their guides, star families, angels. More remembrance of who you actually are.

It is our birthright to remember our abilities, tap into our own energetic fields, clear energies, expand, manifest. Somatic Channeling feels like coming home.
