Japanese Cosmo lifting is a unique holistic approach to beauty. By stimulating nerve reflex areas and points in the face using Japanese muscle stimulation techniques, it sets in motion processes that result in a radiant glow and rejuvenated complexion. This process helps to reduce facial wrinkles and lines by addressing both physical and emotional well being to help bring balance to the body. It can improve key systems such as lymphatic flow, circulation, hormonal balance, metabolic function, muscle tone and promote youthful looking skin. I will begin by working some of the muscles in the neck, chest and shoulders to help reduce tension. I then cleanse the face and use high quality moisturizer to perform a series of Cosmo Lifting techniques. Finishing with a salt dust lotion which helps to reduce inflammation, tighten pores and provide minerals to the skin, muscles and tissue. You also have the option of adding on an extra 15 or 30 minutes at the beginning to spend more time working on the muscles in the neck, shoulders and chest area by choosing the 75 or 90 minute session.
